Alaska is the largest state in America, accounting for over half of commercial fishing in the United States, and local fishing is still a very strong branch of the state's economy, second only to gas and oil extraction. All this positions Alaska as one of the most important suppliers and processors of fish in the world. You can find many fish processing plants here that have been using insulated swimming pools in their production for years, mainly from American producers.

In July, representatives of FACH-PAK went to Alaska to personally talk with current and new salmon processors about further cooperation and increasing the presence of the products of the Polish manufacturer of hygienic insulated containers on the local fish processors' market.  more

Year by year, the FACH-PAK company is becoming an increasingly important player not only on the European market of industrial packaging for food processing, but also far beyond Europe, where it competes not only on price, but above all on quality. The latest export destination of the Polish company is South Korea, where the most popular models of hygienic pallets and insulated plastic pallets will soon be available.

The beginning of 2023 is an extremely important time in the history of our company - it has been 20 years since its founded. This jubilee is a unique moment and an opportunity to reminisce and sum up two decades of activity of a dynamically developing company, which FACH-PAK definitley is today. Over the years, we have created a wide range of products and gained a stable position on the packaging market. At the moment, the company consists of several dozen people in several locations not only in Poland, but also far beyond its borders. more

With the next edition of the Food Industry fair, which takes place this year on September 14-15 in Tampere, FACH-PAK begins its official activity in Finland. It is a consistent continuation of the expansion assumptions planned for the near future. The sales on the Finnish market will be led by Kati Haapanen, who has been successfully introducing similar solutions to the local market as the separate company NordLog OY for many years. Unofficially, the Finnish sales office has been operating since June and is successively penetrating the local market, especially fish processing market. more

In recent months, FACH-PAK has invested in the modernization of industrial halls and a modern production line for plastics processing by rotomoulding. The aim is to increase the production of hygienic insulated containers under the BPLAST brand in response to the growing demand of the food producers and processors sector. New machines and devices have been installed in the plant in Słupsk. They are intended mainly for the production of insulated containers, i.e. double-walled hygienic plastic pallet boxes, thanks to their hygienic and seamless construction, especially for food processing such as meat, fish or poultry, but also for waste food. The new line is to significantly increase the production capacity and take over some part of the production previously commissioned from the subcontractor. more

In September, FACH-PAK will officially begin its operations in Denmark. It is the next stage of the company's growth strategy focused on direct presence in key markets. Who will head the Danish branch? This role will be taken by Martin Nielsen, who in the past has already had success with selling FACH-PAK products via his sales company. Now, he will lead the Horsens-based FACH-PAK Denmark sales office as an exclusive partner. more

New moulds have arrived at the factory in Słupsk. This is the result of an order placed by the company in recent months. The new models will greatly expand the range of insulated containers offered by FACH-PAK, although, according to the company's management, it is not yet exhaustive. The investment stems from the desire to improve the existing product range, but also to add models that were missing. It is also related to export expansion, as target markets use different sizes, capacities and other parameters than those used in Europe. Series production is expected to begin in May. more

With the SEAFOOD RUSSIA EXPO in St. Petersburg taking place at the beginning of July, we are launching our activities on another strategic market – this time in Russia. This is a result of acquiring a strategic distributor from Kaliningrad which has been introducing similar products to the Russian market for many years. At the fair in St. Petersburg, we will jointly and officially present the FACH-PAK line of insulated containers and BOXMECH mobile stainless steel tippers for the first time. The opening of a permanent distribution point is also expected to help the company to strengthen its presence in the market of the former Soviet Republics, as well as to improve the quality of service for existing and new customers from this area. more

We are pleased to announce that Tomasz Budrewicz, President of FACH-PAK, was nominated for the "Silver Bear" in the "Manager of the Słupsk Economy" category. The competition was decided on 19 October at the Wojciech Kilar Polish Philharmonic "Sinfonia Baltica" is Słupsk. Our company is the only manufacturer of specialised insulated containers for food processing in Poland and in this part of Central and Eastern Europe. These containers are not only used by most of our regional food processing companies, but can also be found far beyond our borders, including in Russia, North America and throughout Europe. more
