FACH-PAK's legal restructuring

The transformation is an important part of the process of successive optimisation of the company's organisational structure. The company's line of business remains the same.  The changes introduced do not affect the licences, certificates, organisational culture or quality of services provided. The company was assigned a new KRS number. The contact details, REGON and NIP have also been changed. In the four-person management of the new company sat: Halina Budrewicz, Sławomir Budrewicz, Tomasz Budrewicz and Dawid Budrewicz.

 "If you stand still and do not develop, you are actually going backwards. Every type of legal personality is good for a certain stage. Our previous forms of business had run out of steam, so we decided to take a new step, which perfectly matched our expectations regarding the expected legal form of our enterprise. An important role was played here by our Warsaw-based law firm BZW Law&Tax and attorney Piotr Ziarko, who approached the task of transformation in an extremely professional manner. Of course, the life of the company goes on and goes in the same direction, although perhaps with more energy," said the newly minted president of the company, Tomasz Budrewicz. The change of legal form is the first of many new steps that FACH-PAK Sp. z o.o. Sp.K. plans to make next year.
