Contract for the supply of plastic from Iran

19.07.2016
After lengthy negotiations, a contract between FACH-PAK and a Persian polymer manufacturer for the supply of plastic was signed last week in the Iranian capital of Tehran. The agreement specifically concerns polyethylene, which will soon be used to manufacture a new line of hygienic pallets. Talks on cooperation had been going on for over a year, when representatives of the FACH-PAK management board paid their first visit to Persia. Today, on its behalf, the supply contract was signed in Tehran by Tomasz Budrewicz, the president of FACH-PAK Sp.z.o.o. Sp.k.
"In plastics processing, as in any other industry, the most important factor influencing the price of the final product is the raw material from which it is made. For a long time we have been observing positive changes taking place on the Iranian market and over a year ago we made a decision to start talks on using one of the biggest potentials of Persia, that is plastics. It turned out to be a bull's eye, because today, when we are on the threshold of launching new products on the market, good plastic at a competitive price has become a necessity," said Budrewicz.

"Thanks to the gradual lifting of sanctions, we can slowly supply our material to Europe, which has been an unreachable market for us so far. Our Polish friends have shown exceptional intuition and already a year ago they started talks on the supply of plastic. Our Iranian polymers are of the highest quality, so our customers' products will also be made of the highest quality materials. I am convinced that thanks to the cooperation with FACH-PAK, our material will receive the best advertising," says Enhood Ahmud Soleymani, representative of the Iranian producer.
