NEW type of 1000 liter tub gets started!

The technological line has been prepared for the production of hygienic pallet containers with both polyurethane foam (PUR) and polyethylene foam (PE) insulation. PUR models work well wherever a smooth and hygienic seamless construction is needed to prevent the accumulation of bacteria and microorganisms. Additionally, PUR insulation gives the container the properties of a thermos, which provides thermal insulation for fresh and frozen products.PE models are fully polyethylene construction of external and internal walls, which form one whole with the core of the container, which is foamed polyethylene in the form of dense and hard foam, also polyethylene. This type of construction is always specified by adding the PE designation and always guarantees a tripple wall, exceptionally strong construction, resistant to impacts and work in difficult conditions. PE bulk containers are always of monolithic construction, thanks to which they are hygienic, because they do not have places where impurities and bacteria could accumulate. This is particularly appreciated in food processing. In addition, thanks to the monolithic construction, the containers are easy to repair and recycle.

- We are constantly developing as a company and as a result we are developing our offer. The new model of the hygienic fish totes has a capacity of up to 1000 liters, which is why its construction has been designed to cope with all the loads and forces to which it will be subjected wherever it comes to work. And insulated containers usually don't have an easy life, because they almost always work in food plants, where they are constantly overloaded with fish, meat or food waste. This gives us almost a ton of product inside, which our pallet box must cope with. Therefore, the latest model od our heay duty insulated conainers has been equipped with a mandatory third central skid reinforcing the bottom. The first tests with selected, demanding customers turned out very well, which is why we have already launched serial production and are releasing pallet containers to the market so that they can successfully support our customers even before the upcoming Christmas season. Someone called them containers for big fish and I think they were right about that - said Marek Budrewicz from the FACH-PAK production department.

The type 1000 insulated container manufactured by FACH-PAK is a multifunctional and easy-to-use three-walled plastic pallet box with a hygienic design. Its specific purpose is work in meat, poultry and fish processing plants. The 1000 type triple-walled plastic pallet boxes with foamed polyethylene insulation can be stacked with all models from European manufacturers. The containers are also equipped with strong, reliable lifting handles on hooks, e.g. in ports during transshipment from ship to land. They also have an easy approach for trolleys and pallet lifts, making them easy to handle even in narrow spaces. The FACH-PAK 1000 pallet container model is most often used as a fish container, although it can be used in many ways because it is lightweight, easy to use and easy to transport. The Paloks is three-walled with a solid PE core, making it extremely strong and durable. It can also be used as a food waste container KAT.3, a container for meat, fish, poultry, or as a food recycling container, whatever suits the customer.
