Pad printing - new possibilities of marking FACH-PAK products

06.02.2014
To meet the expectations of our most demanding customers, we now have the possibility to mark our products by pad printing. It is a printing technique that involves transferring ink from the cliché to an object with the use of a smooth stamp called a pad. It is one of the most popular and cheapest techniques derived from intaglio printing. We use the pad printing technique to print on objects made of any material, including irregular shapes (concave, convex, wavy, etc.).
"The first attempts at labelling were exemplary. The main advantages of pad printing are high quality, good adhesion to the substrate, durability against abrasion, low price and low requirements for the surface to be covered with the print. Apart from the new technology, we can also mark our customers' products with hotstamping and screen printing, depending on their type. At the moment, pad printing will be used mainly to mark reinforced folding containers from the EUO series intended for the automotive industry," comments Rafal Łojko, responsible for the product marking process in the company.
