Another model has been added to the FACH-PAK family of insulated containers. the 460 triple wall hygienic container with insulation made of foamed polyethylene. The 460 model was designed specifically for transporting heavy fresh food products, to ensure maximum protection against external conditions, such as impacts and temperature. An additional characteristic of the FACH-PAK 460 model is a lower wall size compared to other models on offer, especially the 660 model, which has identically sized base. The height of the container is lower to ensure that the transported products, such as fish, are not excessively squashed in the lower layer, ruining them and making them unfit for further processing and consumption. more

Model 660, the most popular model of our hygienic insulated containers, has to meet specific requirements with respect to shape, capacity or compatibility, depending on the customer's needs. To meet these expectations, we have developed three different versions of the 660 container. Although they may look similar at first glance, they are actually quite different, and each targets different sectors. more

In September, FACH-PAK will officially begin its operations in Denmark. It is the next stage of the company's growth strategy focused on direct presence in key markets. Who will head the Danish branch? This role will be taken by Martin Nielsen, who in the past has already had success with selling FACH-PAK products via his sales company. Now, he will lead the Horsens-based FACH-PAK Denmark sales office as an exclusive partner. more

Polish companies have proven many times that they can compete with foreign manufacturers without feeling inferior. This time, FACH-PAK used its several years of commercial experience in the industry and combined it with its manufacturing capabilities. This led to creation of the first Polish line of containers insulated with foamed polyethylene (PE) for food processing, especially for fish and meat factories. The containers are also successfully employed by food waste collectors, as they are a stronger version of the standard single-walled containers. more

The current COVID-19 pandemic situation shows the importance of using products which make it possible to maintain hygiene. Thanks to their monolithic and smooth design, FACH-PAK insulated containers minimise the accumulation of microorganisms and are easy to clean, while their internal insulation made of foamed polyethylene prevents them from absorbing external moisture. Internal insulation in the form of foamed polyethylene also guarantees additional safety for the products inside the containers. more

The use of FACH-PAK insulated containers in food processing is recommended by manufacturers of washing equipment, including CHEMAXPOL Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. from Ostaszewo, the undisputed leader in this sector on the Polish market.
"Thanks to their design, insulated containers are very easy to wash, inexpensive to maintain and extremely practical. Furthermore, insulated containers meet the highest quality standards for the washing process. We therefore recommend FACH-PAK insulated containers with full conviction," stated Mateusz Lisiak, Quality Specialist at CHEMAXPOL Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. more

New moulds have arrived at the factory in Słupsk. This is the result of an order placed by the company in recent months. The new models will greatly expand the range of insulated containers offered by FACH-PAK, although, according to the company's management, it is not yet exhaustive. The investment stems from the desire to improve the existing product range, but also to add models that were missing. It is also related to export expansion, as target markets use different sizes, capacities and other parameters than those used in Europe. Series production is expected to begin in May. more

All trade fair events and conferences at which FACH-PAK planned to participate have been cancelled and postponed to other dates due to coronavirus threat. This also includes the largest events, which are the most important for the company from a strategic point of view, such as CFIA in Rennes, Logimat in Stuttgart, Inter Pack in Dusseldorf, Seafood Processing North America in Boston and Seafood Processing Global in Brussels. Food Pro in Melbourne, Australia, is also uncertain. more

For the fifth time, the FACH-PAK team participated in the Warsaw Pack packaging fair organised by PTAK Expo in Nadarzyn. This year, due to the expanding COVID-19 epidemic, our stand focused especially on hygienic pallets and insulated containers. Insulated containers for the food processing industry were, of course, the most popular; thanks to their smooth and monolithic design, they are extremely user-friendly with easy-to-maintain hygiene, while their three-layer structure with foamed polyethylene insulation makes them repairable. As previously announced, our stand was visited by distributors, other business partners and, above all, invited key customers. more
