The current COVID-19 pandemic situation shows the importance of using products which make it possible to maintain hygiene. Thanks to their monolithic and smooth design, FACH-PAK insulated containers minimise the accumulation of microorganisms and are easy to clean, while their internal insulation made of foamed polyethylene prevents them from absorbing external moisture. Internal insulation in the form of foamed polyethylene also guarantees additional safety for the products inside the containers. more

The use of FACH-PAK insulated containers in food processing is recommended by manufacturers of washing equipment, including CHEMAXPOL Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. from Ostaszewo, the undisputed leader in this sector on the Polish market.

New moulds have arrived at the factory in Słupsk. This is the result of an order placed by the company in recent months. The new models will greatly expand the range of insulated containers offered by FACH-PAK, although, according to the company's management, it is not yet exhaustive. The investment stems from the desire to improve the existing product range, but also to add models that were missing. It is also related to export expansion, as target markets use different sizes, capacities and other parameters than those used in Europe. Series production is expected to begin in May. more

All trade fair events and conferences at which FACH-PAK planned to participate have been cancelled and postponed to other dates due to coronavirus threat. This also includes the largest events, which are the most important for the company from a strategic point of view, such as CFIA in Rennes, Logimat in Stuttgart, Inter Pack in Dusseldorf, Seafood Processing North America in Boston and Seafood Processing Global in Brussels. Food Pro in Melbourne, Australia, is also uncertain. more

For the fifth time, the FACH-PAK team participated in the Warsaw Pack packaging fair organised by PTAK Expo in Nadarzyn. This year, due to the expanding COVID-19 epidemic, our stand focused especially on hygienic pallets and insulated containers. Insulated containers for the food processing industry were, of course, the most popular; thanks to their smooth and monolithic design, they are extremely user-friendly with easy-to-maintain hygiene, while their three-layer structure with foamed polyethylene insulation makes them repairable. As previously announced, our stand was visited by distributors, other business partners and, above all, invited key customers. more

Over the past few days, the FACH-PAK team has been undergoing exclusive training in plastics marking in Arizona. The training concerned a new and innovative method of "plastic tattooing". This technique makes marking exceptionally durable and non-removeable, as the dye reacts irreversibly with the marked polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). This method makes it possible to transfer virtually any image onto the selected PE and PP material. Marking is done in a mould during the manufacturing cycle, making it irreversible and extremely durable. Apart from a theoretical part, the training included many practical activities which made it possible to empirically learn about various marking techniques for different types of plastics. more

This year's SEAFOOD RUSSIA EXPO in St. Petersburg was a place for the FACH-PAK team to meet key Russian customers and other business partners from the region. Numerous guests visiting the FACH-PAK stand had the opportunity not only to get acquainted with the latest offer but also to talk about the current market situation. Of particular interest was the range of PE insulated containers combined with a stainless steel mobile tipper for their handling. more

With the SEAFOOD RUSSIA EXPO in St. Petersburg taking place at the beginning of July, we are launching our activities on another strategic market – this time in Russia. This is a result of acquiring a strategic distributor from Kaliningrad which has been introducing similar products to the Russian market for many years. At the fair in St. Petersburg, we will jointly and officially present the FACH-PAK line of insulated containers and BOXMECH mobile stainless steel tippers for the first time. The opening of a permanent distribution point is also expected to help the company to strengthen its presence in the market of the former Soviet Republics, as well as to improve the quality of service for existing and new customers from this area. more

Following the fairs in Boston and Brussels, the time has come for a native celebration in Gdańsk. As every 2 years, the leading Polish fish processors and their suppliers met in the exhibition halls of Amber Expo. "Fish processing market is a significant group of our customers, which is why we participated in Polfish once again. This is a great opportunity for us to meet them in person and show them our latest products. This year, we focused mainly on insulated containers, precisely the type 660 model with foamed polyethylene insulation, which we presented in as many as three versions. In addition, we could not leave out the mobile tipper made of stainless steel which we produce under the Boxlifter brand," said Dawid Budrewicz from FACH-PAK. more

Participation in such a spectacular event would not have been possible without the support of the Agencja Rozwoju Pomorza S.A. and the Pomorski Broker Eksportowy, which announced 1 grant competition in 2018 and helped us to subsidise our stand with EU funds in Brussels, and previously in Nuremberg. What benefits does participation in the competition bring to entrepreneurs from the Pomeranian Voivodeship? more
