Is there an information sheet or technical specifications for each product?
Yes, on each subpage describing a given product, there is a specification containing the most important information about the product.
Is it possible to see the products?
Yes, you can see our products during trade fairs in which we participate or in the central warehouse in Słupsk.
Are FACH-PAK products approved for direct contact with food?
Yes, the majority of products are manufactured only from the material which is approved for direct contact with food, we issue a declaration of compliance with the European Union directive.
As a private customer, can I also place individual orders?
Although our offer is addressed primarily to companies, any customer can purchase products online or by contacting our sales department. An entrepreneur receives a VAT invoice and a private customer receives a receipt.
Is it possible to buy products without VAT?
No, it is not possible to purchase products without VAT. We add VAT at 23% to all our net prices.
Is it possible to place an order over the phone?
No, please send the orders by email or purchase the products from our online store.
Is there a requirement for a minimum number of products per order?
No, we can ship even one item, unless it is a non-standard product (ex. unusual colour), manufactured on special request.
Is it possible to exchange or return ordered or already delivered products?
Yes, every customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and cancel the order. Return of products (in good condition) is possible is at the expense of the customer.
What payment options are available?
With regards to the customers with whom we already cooperate, there are no restrictions regarding the payment. We issue invoices and ship the products. With regards to new customers or the customers who have previously purchased products but who have not made the payment on time, we reserve the right to decide whether we will require prepayment based on a proforma invoice before we process the first order.
Delivery and shipment
How long does it take to deliver the product?
If the ordered product is in stock, the delivery time is usually up to 48 hours maximum. In individual, special cases, when the ordered product must first be manufactured, the delivery time may be extended.
Can I collect the products myself?
Personal collection is possible after prior arrangement, from our warehouse in Słupsk, ul. A. Grottgera 16C, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The collection of products may be difficult outside those hours due to the priority of handling full truckload orders.
Can I collect the products myself at the branches in Warsaw or Cracow?
Unfortunately, there is no such an option. In Warsaw and Cracow, there are only sales offices, there are no warehouses in those cities. Instead, thanks to our efficient transport department, the delivery of our products is possible within the whole region of Poland, within 48 hours.
What are the transport costs?
To deliver the products as quickly and as less expensive as possible, transport costs are always calculated individually. We have our own transport and we also use the service of delivery companies.
Will I receive a message when the goods are shipped?
Yes, the sales department usually informs the customers about the shipment of goods. The waybill number is provided upon request.
