With the growing market of ready-made sushi dishes, production volume is increasing, needs are becoming more specialized and packaging standards are being clarified by the largest producers of Japanese delicacies.

The sushi production tray is a container with special dimensions, dedicated to the production of nigiri sushi. Simple structure, smooth walls ensure easy cleaning. Made of ABS, it guarantees durability and safety of the product. The advantage of such containers is also the possibility of stacking, which is important for the production process, logistics and storage - both empty trays and the finished product. The trays were manufactured according to the highest Japanese standards, both in terms of the material used and the parameters and transport habits.
- For a long time we have been receiving signals from food producers, especially oriental ones, that they are struggling with the problem of availability on the European market of containers and trays compatible with standardized dimensions, inspired, especially by Japanese standards, of processing lines and sushi production machines. We accepted this challenge and designed and built an injection mold in a very short time, thanks to which we can almost immediately meet the unlimited needs of our customers. This is very important because the sushi production market is developing dynamically and the vast majority of producers are based on the same standards, not only machinery, but also packaging - says Tomasz Budrewicz from FACH-PAK.

What is important, FACH-PAK production trays are also dedicated to many other sectors, such as ready meals, meat, fish, antipasti and sweets.
The official premiere of the containers will take place in Tokyo during the Sea Japan fair in April.
