FACH-PAK becomes active in Russia

With the SEAFOOD RUSSIA EXPO in St. Petersburg taking place at the beginning of July, we are launching our activities on another strategic market – this time in Russia. This is a result of acquiring a strategic distributor from Kaliningrad which has been introducing similar products to the Russian market for many years. At the fair in St. Petersburg, we will jointly and officially present the FACH-PAK line of insulated containers and BOXMECH mobile stainless steel tippers for the first time. The opening of a permanent distribution point is also expected to help the company to strengthen its presence in the market of the former Soviet Republics, as well as to improve the quality of service for existing and new customers from this area.
Until now, FACH-PAK delivered mainly insulated containters, pallet boxes and hygienic pallets for meat and fish industry to our eastern neighbour. Presently, the new office will not only support trade and provide technical assistance but manage service and logistics as well.

Besides, Kaliningrad is a gateway to Russian Federation from which further distribution is considerably easier. A personal contact of a seller and a customer is very important in post-Soviet countries. In Kaliningrad, we will have a storage where our customers' orders can be delivered on the spot. Currently, we are building stock using the most popular products," said Tomasz Budrewicz from FACH-PAK.
The agreement on opening the office in Russia was signed on May and it is the effect of a new export strategy, which we implement from several years.
